Vellore Institute of Technology: A Journey Through My College Years

My journey through college at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) was nothing short of transformative. Those years shaped not only my academic and professional aspirations but also my personal growth and values. As the Competitive Programming Lead at ACM VIT Student Chapter, I had the privilege of being part of a dynamic team that organized coding competitions, workshops, and hackathons. It was an incredible opportunity to foster a competitive spirit among students and help them enhance their problem-solving skills.

Living in the hostels on campus was an integral part of the VIT experience. It fostered a sense of camaraderie and independence. Late-night study sessions, hostel parties, and the shared challenges of college life created lasting bonds with fellow students. These friendships continue to be a cherished part of my life.

VIT's emphasis on practical learning was evident in the numerous industry collaborations and internships available to students. These opportunities allowed me to gain real-world experience and apply my classroom knowledge to solve industry problems. It was a valuable stepping stone toward my future career.
